YEAR OLDS |
Science learning through stories for ECHO's young visitors. |
StoryTime
with a Twist
Tuesdays at 11 a.m. during the school year and
Mondays and Fridays at 11 a.m. during the summer months
Children 2-6 years old and their adult caregivers join our
preschool educator as she brings science and nature to life with
stories, songs, and crafts using a unique inquiry style of
teaching to engage ECHO’s youngest visitors! The program focuses
on a different science topic each week — from the life cycle of a
butterfly to bubble science. Free with admission.
Pint Sized Science
Fridays at 11 a.m. during the
school year
Join us for stories and science activities in this
program designed to provide science learning through
science inquiry for children ages 3-7 and their adult
caregiver. The program focuses on a different science
topic each week from why leaves change color in the fall
to the power and science of wind. Children are
encouraged to ask science questions, make predictions,
and test out their ideas in a fun and engaging way. Free
with admission.
