Thursday, May 10, 2012
From 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm |
If we're lucky, we'll all age eventually, so we might as well learn as much as we can about it! This evening's Our Body Speaker event will focus on the Diseases of Aging, Oseoarthritis, Joint Replacement and Osteoprosis. Since this is a topic of accute interest to our gracefully aging population in Vermont, we have three professors from the University of Vermont College of Medicine joining us to share their insights and expertice. We'll spend the evening with David Halsey, M.D., Associate Professor of Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation and Orthopaedic Surgeon and James Trice, M.D., Assistant Professor of Medicine and Rheumatologist; Sheldon Cooper, Professor of Medicine, former chair division of Rheumatology and Clinical Immunology.
This special evening is part of the ECHO After Dark OUR BODY Speaker Series with medical experts from the University of Vermont College of Medicine.
Enjoy refreshments from the cash bar and free hors d'oeuvres while you are introduced to the evening's speakers. Then follow the speakers into the exhibit as they discusses their area of expertise.
