Last Day: ECHO's Champ Week
Sunday, March 3, 2013
From 10:00 am to 4:00 pm |
Join us for a week-long celebration of all that is Champ with ECHO’s CHAMP WEEK! Take part in our “Believer or Skeptic” fun, interactive, family program and explore the facts and legends of our ingeniousness Lake monster. We will explore the history of Champ sightings, the many ways Champ has been portrayed through drawings and photographs, and learn about the field of Cryptozoology (literally the study of hidden animals) and the other unexplained creatures “discovered” over the centuries like the Loch Ness Monster and Sasquatch. Watch an exclusive ECHO Champ film about the famous Sandra Mansi photo and try drawing your own idea of what Champ looks like. Every day we will also read a children's story about Champ for our younger visitors. Free with admission.
