ECHO's great indoor and outdoor spaces and waterfront location make it a memorable and unique spot for your next business or social event. All of the rooms described below are rented out at an hourly rate and can be used at any time as long as your event wraps up by 1am. As an added bonus, rental rates include complimentary viewing of ECHO from 10am-5pm for all those attending the event. The Community Room is equipped with a laptop, LCD projector, DVD/VCR, a drop down screen, whiteboard, podium, conference call system, surround sound, and customized lighting, all of which is available for your use at no extra cost. This room can accommodate up to 82 people theatre style, 42 in an open square, 35 classroom style, or 30 in an open horseshoe.

The Classroom has a laptop, portable projector, DVD/VCR, pull down screen, and whiteboard, all of which are available for your use at no extra cost. This room can accommodate up to 58 people theatre style, 30 classroom style, or 18 in an open horseshoe.

The Café/Porch is a beautiful space right on the waterfront. The Café has a wall of windows overlooking Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks and adjoins a covered outdoor Porch. This space can accommodate 58 people inside and 80 outside.

The Deck is a breathtaking spot overlooking the lake and the mountains. This outdoor space can accommodate up to 180 people for a standing cocktail type reception or 48 for a seated function. Please note this space cannot be tented and is not covered.
