Become a part of ECHO’s WILD volunteer family

Would you like to have your "Voice for the Lake" be heard? Are you interested in having a constructive impact on your environment on a daily basis? If you answered "yes," then join the ECHO volunteer family and see how you can create positive change for the Lake Champlain Basin. Your mission is to educate and delight visitors about the Ecology, Culture, History and Opportunities for stewardship in the Lake Champlain Basin. Volunteer opportunities are available for all interests and abilities from Education to Animal Care to Events. Contact us today!




Qualifications:

  • Must love Lake Champlain
  • Be willing to volunteer at least 8 hours per month
  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Be willing to attend all trainings/orientations

Steps to volunteering at ECHO:

2. Fill out our online application
3. Interview with appropriate department
4. Complete volunteer training
