Last Day: Space Captains Vacation Camp

From 8:30 am to 3:00 am

Grades K-5th 

Journey out of this world as we explore the science of space with unique design challenges. Each day will focus on a different topic with a hands-on space inspired design challenge.

Space Survival (Monday)
Campers will learn about survival in space as they design a space capsule of their very own to protect their marshmallow astronaut from the vacuum of space.
Rockets (Tuesday)
Getting to space is no easy task. Campers will design air powered rockets to help launch their astronauts into space.

Lunar Landers (Wednesday)
Campers will learn about survival in space as they design a space capsule of their very own to protect their marshmallow astronaut from the vacuum of space.
Gaining Traction (Thursday)
Getting around on other planets presents some unique challenges. Campers will design wheels to navigate through the many challenges other planet surfaces present.
Perfect Landing (Friday)
Returning to Earth can be a real drag! Campers will experiment with parachutes as they attempt to safely land their ships back on Earth.
