With our Lakefront location, breathtaking views of the Adirondacks, three floors filled with sparkling aquariums, and elegant indoor and outdoor spaces for corporate dinners, meetings, and parties, you'll find ECHO to be one of the most memorable and unique locations in Vermont.

ECHO Private Party RentalsCorporate reception guests enjoy a cold beverage on ECHO's upper deck.

Exclusive use of the entire building! Includes all indoor and outdoor public spaces as well as access to all exhibits from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m. Seats 170 for a plated dinner with a dance floor or 156 for a buffet with a dance floor. Seats 226 for a plated dinner without a dance floor or 212 for a buffet without a dance floor. Up to 750 can be accommodated for a standing reception.

The closed square seating set-up in our Community Room accommodates a large group.



Your Selective rental includes exclusive access to exhibits on the top floor or bottom floor and use of the deck from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m. The top floor can seat 124 guests for a plated dinner, or 110 guests for a buffet with a dance floor. Up to 300 guests can be accommodated for a standing reception. The bottom floor can seat up to 72 people with a dance floor, or up to 180 guests can be accommodated for a standing reception.

  • Security fee for events exceeding 250 people

  • $10/hour staffing fee for someone to staff our interactive Touch Tank exhibit,

If you are interested in making your corporate event, meeting, or party a green event, please contact us. ECHO Lake Aquarium and Science Center is an environmentally-friendly organization, and our building is LEED Certified. Our facility is also fitted with recycling and compost bins — perfect for a green affair.

Other event details to consider:

  • Choose a caterer and bar service from our list of Preferred Partners who can help provide your event with locally grown and locally produced products.
  • Rent linens, glassware, and tableware from our exclusive Preferred Partner, Vermont Tent Company, instead of purchasing your own or using disposables.
