WILD WACKY BURP CONTEST!
AT ECHO Lake Aquarium and Science Center, Saturday, November 19, 2011, at Noon.
BURLINGTON, Vt. — Attention all kids! Tired
of getting in trouble for burping at your dinner table and in the classroom by your
teachers? For all the years you’ve been told it’s rude to burp in public, well here
is your one chance to come up with the longest, loudest, and most disgusting burp
you possibly can at our WILD WACKY BURP CONTEST! For all the times you’ve been forced
to hold your burps in, well now you can share your nasty gift with the world, and to
make it even better, all burps will be into a microphone! But best of all, you don’t
even need to say “excuse me!”, because here, your grossest burps are encouraged! The
grosser, the better! All parents are welcome to join the fun, but only under the
supervision of their children. We look forward to hearing your nastiest belching
abilities. Free with admission!
We will be awarding the contestants who have:
Most Realistic Fake Belch
Longest Belch (will be timed with a stopwatch)
Creativity (can they sing or speak or other such creative belch?)
So please make sure that you eat a big meal before you come in so you
can compete at your best!
This event will take place at ECHO Lake Aquarium and Science Center,
at the Leahy Center for Lake Champlain, on Saturday, November 19th, at Noon.
This event is free with admission

the course of the exhibit’s stay (through January 8, 2012), you'll receive a Grossology
