  • Mamava lactation suite for breastfeeding moms on the go – Available on the second floor. Click here to download the Mamava app. There is also a nursing station in the Champ Lane exhibit.
  • Adaptive Stroller – Available for indoor or outdoor use. Ask the front desk upon arrival. Generously donated by Kayla’s Directory in memory of Mitzie Marinovich.
  • Noise-Cancelling Headphones – Available for patrons with audio sensitivities. Ask the front desk upon arrival.
  • Terrace – Stop for a while to appreciate the waterfront, enjoy lunch outside and so much more.
  • Healthy Living Cafe – The café serves coffee, soups, and a variety of healthy foods to go.
  • Family-friendly Bathrooms – Utilize our changing stations, family bathrooms, and always-clean facilities with dual flush toilets to keep water consumption at a minimum.
    • Museum Shop – Take a piece of ECHO home with you, from educational games to cuddly plush friends; we’ve got everything.

    • Water Filtration Stations – ECHO is plastic bottle free! Use the special dispensers, donated by Clear Water Filtration, to help the environment while enjoying some tasty drinking water right from Lake Champlain.
    • Rubenstein School Research Lounge – The UVM Rubenstein Ecosystem Science Laboratory provides researchers with the tools necessary to investigate and understand the ecosystem processes that determine ecological health and influence the quality of life for the human community in the Lake Champlain basin. Grab a seat and see what they’re working on.
